Tara Pace, LMHC

Chief Executive Officer


Tara Pace is a licensed mental health therapist with almost two decades of experience providing treatment to individuals and families with a variety of presenting concerns, empowering them to achieve wellness in all areas of life. She received her master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College where she continues to teach.   She has worked at multiple not-for-profits and area colleges where she provided clinical training and supervision to staff and students due to her expertise in clinical mental health treatment.  She brings this expertise to Envision Wellness WNY in her role as CEO where she supports and believes passionately in the mission and vision of the agency.  She is thankful for the opportunity to support a dedicated team of professionals.

Michael Nemeti, LMHC

Chief Operating Officer


Michael has experience across multiple settings of treatment including inpatient, outpatient, clinic based and home based services. Michael is a graduate of Canisius College and obtained a master’s degree from Towson University. Michael also had the opportunity to work and intern for Johns Hopkins University where he learned a great deal about mental health and public health at large. Michael strongly believes that the purpose of treatment is to meet clients where they are at and to help them achieve goals that are personal and impactful to them. Having a wide variety of treatment options available to clients is key to this. As COO, Michael aims to help and support the agency and its staff in being the best that they can be and to help as many people achieve wellness as we can.

Daniel Church, MBA

Chief Financial Officer


Daniel Church graduated from SUNY Buffalo State college and received his Master’s in Business Administration from Aspen University. Dan has a background in finance and accounting that he relates to Envision Wellness daily. He strives to increase the bottom line of the organization while working to promote the culture of the agency and increase treatment goals for clients and staff.

Annelisa Buscaglia, BA

Program Director


Annelisa graduated from Buffalo State with a degree in Political Science but changed course after working with the homeless population in Miami. Annelisa has been with the agency since returning to this area almost 20 years ago. She appreciates the holistic approach the agency utilizes in working with people with mental health issues.

Christina Cooper, BA

Program Director


Christina Cooper graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a BA in Sociology in 2001. Soon after graduation, she began working at Etaria Rehabilitation Center where she provided mental health and substance abuse treatment services in a residential setting. In 2006 she started working as a counselor in the Etaria Day Treatment Program providing individual and group counseling to adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse problems. In 2017, Christina was promoted to Direct Services Coordinator of the Wellness Community Program.

Tom Cutrona, BS

Assistant Program Director


Tom graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. Tom has been working in this field since 2003 and employed at this agency since 2006. Tom began as a Supportive Case Manager. Tom did this for a year until I accepted a Rehabilitation Specialist position in our Continuing Treatment Program. In 2016, Tom was promoted to the position of Direct Services Coordinator of the Continuing Treatment Program.

Brittany Aponte

Senior Counselor


Brittany is a mental health therapist licensed in both New York State and Virginia. She graduated from Hartwick College and obtained her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. Her experience spans many levels of care to include, Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient. She uses an educated and client-centered blend of approaches to address a wide range of concerns. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families and brings this experience to her role as senior counselor at the Family Success Center. She is dedicated to her team and her clients and enjoys helping them all to grow and succeed.

Erin Marinello

Senior Counselor


Erin has experience throughout multiple avenues of the mental health symptom having worked primarily with the adult population addressing mental health and substance abuse issues. She additionally has experience working with the forensic population both those linked with the justice system and those court ordered to treatment based on their mental health status and experience working with children.

Erin is a graduate of Buffalo State College and has received her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College.

Erin believes in assisting those to make their lives a little easier and meeting them where they are.
