Tara Pace is a licensed mental health therapist with almost two decades of experience providing treatment to individuals and families with a variety of presenting concerns, empowering them to achieve wellness in all areas of life. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College where she continues to teach. She has worked at multiple not-for-profits and area colleges where she provided clinical training and supervision to staff and students using her expertise in clinical mental health treatment. She brings this expertise to Envision Wellness WNY in her role as CEO where she supports and believes passionately in the mission and vision of the agency. She is thankful for the opportunity to support a dedicated team of professionals.
Heidi Billittier, LMSW

Heidi Billittier received her master’s degree in social work from the State University at Buffalo and is expected to graduate with her doctorate in social work in 2025. Heidi has worked in the field for more than 20 years, primarily providing services and support to older adults and families. Her experience ranges from mental health to adult care, and her current research explores the use of technology in alleviating symptoms of loneliness and social isolation. In her new role as COO, she provides support to programs and their teams, and looks forward to expanding programming that specifically addresses the needs of older adults with mental health challenges.

Barbara Weldon graduated from SUNY Buffalo State College and pursued her Master’s degrees in public health and business administration from Benedictine University. With expertise in finance and advocating for optimal healthcare practices, Barbara consistently contributes to the success of Envision Wellness. Her main objective is to improve the organization’s financial performance while nurturing its cultural identity and broadening treatment options for clients and staff alike.

Annelisa graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in Political Science but changed course after working with the homeless population in Miami. Annelisa has been with Envision Wellness since returning to the Western New York area almost 20 years ago. She embraces the holistic approach the agency utilizes in working with people with mental health issues.
Christina Cooper, BA

Christina Cooper graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A in Sociology, in 2001. Soon after graduation, she began working at Etaria Rehabilitation Center where she provided mental health and substance abuse treatment services in a residential setting. In 2006 she started working as a counselor in the Etaria Day Treatment Program providing individual and group counseling to adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse problems. In 2017, Christina was promoted to Direct Services Coordinator of the Wellness Community Program.
Tom Cutrona, BA

Tom graduated from the State University at Buffalo with a B.A. in Sociology. Tom has been working in the mental health field since 2003 and has been with Envision Wellness since 2006. Tom began as a Supportive Case Manager and after one year, accepted the position of Rehabilitation Specialist in our Continuing Treatment Program, now known as PROS. In 2016, Tom was promoted to the position of Direct Services Coordinator of the Continuing Treatment Program/PROS.
Brittany Aponte, LMHC

Brittany is a mental health therapist licensed in both New York State and Virginia. She graduated from Hartwick College and obtained her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. Her experience spans many levels of care to include inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient. She uses an evidence-based and client-centered blend of approaches to address client needs. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families, and brings this experience to her role as senior counselor at the Family Success Center. She is dedicated to her team and her clients and enjoys helping them grow and succeed.
