Who do I call for services?

All individuals interested in accessing any of Envision Wellness WNY programs are encouraged to call for an intake session. All individuals are assessed in our outpatient clinic by trained counselors to determine the most appropriate treatment intervention and which program best meets the participant’s specific needs.
What do I bring to my first session?
Photo ID and proof of insurance.
What types of insurance do you take?
We take most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. Some insurance will only pay for certain programs however a sliding fee option is available.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We offer assistance in obtaining appropriate insurance on site. We offer a sliding fee option as well.
